  1. As long as you can surf the net with it.

  2. thats a really big board!!!! usually something around a 6'0-7'0 is good for learners.

  3. any surf board works

    duno anyfin bout surfin

    but its gotta work !!

  4. that is pretty good, but 8' is pretty big! after a while, you will probably get bored of surfing in a straight line, although you can try harder stuff like cross stepping etc, but turning is pretty hard on a board that size.  boards do last a long time, especially if you want to do longboarding.

    happy surfing!

  5. It looks pretty good for a beginner. it is longer so you will be able to keep your balance easier.  Also from what i can see it has a single concave on it (so that will mainly just let the water slide under it) and it isn't for tricks. looks fine.

  6. YES.....it is a good board for a beginner, very durable, thick with a lot of bouyancy which you want starting off....go out there and shred the gnar haha

  7. I don't no ask the surf board then it could tell you,  I will last 20 min!

  8. -It's rad.

  9. It should last but take it for a test run before using it

  10. There's nothing wrong with that board. Price isn't bad. If you don't crunch it up, it'll last a long time.

  11. i think it is too much, if u are a bigginer get something that is way less priced then move on to more expensive ones

  12. you shouldnt be buying a new board unless you know what you want without having to ask people(or u have tons of $$$)

    get a used board

  13. sure but you don't need a new one to learn on.

  14. Is it a good board for a beginner?  Yes.  Should be good to learn on.  Might even be fun to ride for a number of years since it looks like it is a 2+1 fins setup rather than a thruster.

Is it worth the price?  That is hard to say.  415 is a good price for new board but it makes me think  that it could be an asian pop out board.  Realistically if you are just getting into it you should try to find a similar board that is used.  Someone said $30 for board.  I am not sure if there is such a thing as a 30dollar board.  Look at spending 200 or less for a good used board.  Don't worry about whether it looks good or not.  You just need to be big and water tight.

Is it gonna last you?  Again hard to say.  If it is a pop out they tend to have a more brittle fiberglass and do not last as long.

  15. If your learning it might be a better idea to buy something used.  You can ding it up and not worry as much and, of course, It'll be cheaper.  As you grow into the sport you'll get to know your preference in boards.

  16. Personally, I think it is not a good surfboard. It's not worth the price either! And i think you should get atleast a $30 surfboard. They are cheap and make sure they stay under the price of $30 for a beginner. If you go higher than that range, then it will be a problem! Maybe even $15 surfboards are OKAY. Just make sure that they are UNDER $30!

  17. yeah it is
