Is this a good system?

(1) 12" Solobaric L7 (1500 W. Peak, 750 W. RMS. 4 Ohms)

(1) ZX1000.1 Kicker Amp (500 W. RMS. 4 Ohms)

Would I need a capacitor for this system? Because this is the direction I am going in now. Somebody give me some help or feedback? Thank you.

  1. to run that system you are going to need at least a 70 amp alternator. To find out how many amps ur alternator is you could call up a store like autozone and the should be able to find it out for you.


  2. I dont think you will need a new alternator. And yes, That is a great system kicker is my all time favorite. U might want to spend the money to get a stinger hybrid cap.
