What sort of levels should i get them up to? Any replacements in pokemon or moves?

first get to level 65.then get rid of pikachu for any ghost or dark pokemon.65 too.I don't agree with your moltres 'cause too many fire move.get rid to fire spin for any fighting move.others seems good

Those are good levels for your pokemon espicially exxegutor since he will be like a powerhousesince it has hyperbeam and solarbeam im sure you will beat the elite four with that special pokemon team :)

If this is your first time through, you're pretty overpowered.  I beat it with level 40s.  Get rid of either Charizard or Moltres, you don't need both.  For a better lineup, replace Pikachu with Jolteon/Zapdos, although at level 60 it honestly doesn't matter.

actually it would be good if at least 3 of your pokemon is lvl 70+ and u can consider taking away one fire pokemon and add in smt tat is weakness to the last elite four guy..

anw if u want that combiantion just buy more things to recover..

I think it is better if you have 3 level 100 to be specific Vaporeon, Moltres, Pikachu and 2 level 90 Articuno and Charizard. I think you should change your Exeggutor into a Treko or a Chikorita or a Flygon or a Venusaur or a Jirachi or a Kyogre or a Lugia or a Grudon or a Darkrai or a Azleaf or a Uxie or a Mesprit or a Mew or a Mewtwo or a Zapdos or a Ho-oh or etc...
