Quite frankly, I thought that $800 was kind of pricey for a 32" lcd panel TV.  If you're paying for shipping, then even pricier.  And then I read where it has computer monitor capability, which is not inherent in all panel TV's.  So that might be a plus for you.  

But at 720p, that's not very high resolution for a computer monitor, so now it's not so much of a plus.  It's only the equivalent of 800x600.  Sure, you can input 1024x768 without very much degradation, and even 1280x1024 that will be displayed, but still at the lower 720p resolution.

That's only if you're seriously considering it as dual duty for TV and computer monitor.  For TV alone, 6ms response time is not really great for anything, but it is pretty standard for LCD TV.  The specs don't justify the price.  You'll want other features, like maybe Picture-In-Picture, or some other capabilities that you find personally appealing to spend the extra money on.  Vizio 32" LCD TV's are good quality and are selling for under $600.

Samsungs in general are a pretty good brand, panasonics and sonys have the best track records, but they are gonna cost more.  If you are really into gaming or HD, this sounds like a good tv since it has 3 HDMI inputs.
