Is this a good trombone?

Is this trombone ok for the ones you see in marching band, like is it a normal trombone?

What does it mean in the product description where it says:

    whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THAT TROMBONE!!!

    it is a chinese off brand-therefore it is garbage!

    buy a getzen, bach, yamaha, conn, king, even if they cost more!

    p.s. all that extra data they are throwing at you just means it is a normal tenor trombone.....

Hi Tony.   That name brand trombone is not a good quality instrument.      What they are is cheap imports from China that will mostly likely fall apart in no time.   Your best bet is to stay with well known name brands like King, Yamaha, Conn, Bach....  which will be approved of by your band director.   And it would be worth your while to contact the band director for his approval and recommendation before you purchase anything...  you don't want him to tell you that you have to send it back.    Hope that helps.
