Is this a good way to get calcium?

I dont like milk of any kind period... And I would rather not have to take supplements. Now, The only natural calcium I can get is from plants and nuts and some fish. I just dont think thats enough so I want to know if there is a product that sells crushed animal bones to eat for calcium. Or like some kind of powder form of animal bones? It makes since to me because bones in general have alot of calcium? So my question is there any products on the market that sell some form of animal bone to eat or should I just bake a chicken and naw on the bones to get calcium?

  1. Sardines , canned salmon and eat the bones, health food stores sell ground up oyster shells in tablet form,  Tums antacids


  2. dairy products are actually a good sorce of calcium, if u dont like the taste of milk like  the way i dont, u could buy flavored milk or get nesquick powder (flavor :choclate or straberry) and mix it with milk and add sugar thats wt i do

  3. by taking vitamin d with it. vit. d helps your body actually absorb calcium.
