Is this a good way to get comps by playing video roulette in Las Vegas?

Ive been wondering if this would work as a method of receiving comps in vegas.
1. Insert your players club card in a video roulette game.

2. Put $5 on red and $5 on black

3. Constantly re-bet

4. Rack up comp points.

I dont see why this wouldnt work . On a European roulette table you are only going to lose the bet 1 out of 36 times ....which means you will have hundreds of dollars wagered on your players club card useful for various comps.

What do you think about this?

  1. It SOUNDS like it would work, but casino gambling is such a huge industry and I have found that these huge corporations have pretty much thought of everything (although those kids from MIT knew some things the casinos didn't).

I don't play for comps, but your theory sounds pretty interesting. I might actually try it sometime.

  2. Wow. Good idea.

It should work in theory, because the comps are calculated based on your action. Usually with a players card in the machine it will continually update your reward points counter, so you should be able to tell as you play if it is working.

I will test this one out and see if it does. If so I will add it to my page of how to get more and better comps at a casino.

You can see the page now, it has several ways to increase your comps at a casino. Here is the link:
