  1. you kinda of answered your own question...

    buy yeah.. your right..

  2. UMMMMM...I'm not sure that you are on the right track here.  If you think you have a problem there are exercises you can do - research them online.  Furthermore, exercises work best with medication.  See your doctor and ask for Zoloft 25-50mg or Paxil10-20mg; it takes about 14 days to see a difference and the dosage may have to be adjusted.  Once the medication starts to work then you can practice the exercises.

  3. yeah that's sounds like it would work. don't go taking any meds likethat other quy suggested...try the ******** first....can't hurt to try anyway...lol

  4. The strategy you describe is a workaround, not a solution.  A second o****m is usually weaker than the first and takes longer to reach, but you have not solved the underlying problem.  Besides, there's the question of whether your partner wants to give you a fellatio in the first place, and there's no guarantee that your second ejaculation won't come too soon as well.

Premature ejaculation is a common problem for young men and boys, usually caused by getting into the habit of ejaculating as soon as possible when masturbating.  When having s*x with another person, this pattern persists and can leave the other person frustrated.  You don't need to use drugs to suppress your sexual response to treat this, and you wouldn't want to be dependent on such things for a normal s*x life anyway.

You have to train yourself to have a slower, less urgent sexual response.  You can begin this training by masturbating, but doing it differently than you have up to this point.  Stimulate yourself slowly and gently, letting the feelings build slowly.  Pay attention to what's going on in your body, don't just concentrate on getting to your final climax.  Learn to recognize the feeling that you're getting close to o****m, and practice slowing or stopping your stimulation when you get close, then resume when your excitement level has diminished.  When you're together with your partner, take your time with a lot of foreplay.  Stroke, pet and kiss your partner all over, and put off the beginning of your own stimulation.  This is especially useful to do if your partner is female, because girls naturally have a more leisurely sexual response than men.  When you're being stimulated, pay attention to the signals you've learned to recognize from your more careful masturbation, and learn to back off and start up again when necessary.  With your partner's help, you can pull out when you start approaching the point of inevitability, and apply pressure to the underside of your p***s just behind the glans, to encourage the feeling to subside, then start again.  Your partner can apply the pressure if their hand is in a better position to do so.

Eventually you will train your body to have a slower response, and learn to control your reactions without a lot of physical interruptions.  It's more difficult to learn this after you've developed a bad habit of coming fast, but it can be done.

  5. My boyfriend doesn't have the issue of premature ejaculation, but.. to make s*x last longer, I usually make him come first.. wait a while, then we have s*x after. It's difficult for him to come then after so recently coming.
