I am doing ground exercises and simple weight exercises only. My regiment is...Day 1: Push ups for chest and triceps(on handles with my legs on bench ) Crunches and reverse crunches for abdomen.Day 2:Chin ups for back muscles Squats for leg musclesDay 3:Dumbbell curls for biceps, and exercses for traps and deltoids. Body weight exercise for calf muscles.Rotates on days 4, 5 and 6.Day 7 : off.I do 5 reps each.Wht do you guys think of this exercise regiment?Ple help me...i am a rookie body builder.
