I'm sorry to say, but this isn't great.  I would say you should take out the Harpies.  They are not going to get you anywhere unless you have your whole deck based on them.

Rating would be, I would say... 5/10.

But don't be discouraged!  I think if you just change a few cards, like getting rid of Call of the Haunted (Forbidden) and replacing it with Monster Reborn (which as of right now, not Forbidden.)  this deck could be quite nice.

not so much, with no fusion the EM heros are pretty useless. the way its built it looks like it may run a little slow too

wow i did not know people actually played yugi oh thats so old i played that in elementary im sure the monsters have changed but wow. Thats a lot of cards and a lot of money in a couple of years they will just collect dust trust me.
