Birds-Eye fish (235 cals) with peas and a chopped up carrot with three or four chips?

  1. Yes, to add to the taste simply squeeze some lemon over the fish, which will eliminate your cravings for salt, whip up a fresh salad with a tasty dressing and raw veg has more vitamins and goodness than cooked veg.

    Instead of chips add some boiled baby potatoes with a slither of low fat butter and garlic- yum.

    Another healthy meal is fajitas:

    guacamole, soured cream, salsa

    peppers, fresh tomato, grated cheese

    beef steak pieces

    served with raw carrot and cucumber sticks, celery and houmous.

  3. Well, nutritionists say that you should have 4-6 300-400 calories meals, so yes that qualifies.

  4. yeaa 3-4 chips so u get the taste :) good idea thats sounds like a great meal actually very colorful plate the fish then peas then carrots i give u THREE THUMBS UP! =) maybe add a glass of skim milk though if wanted or needed if not water

  5. Sour Cream, Guacamole, Cheese and steak are all fattening. They are not considered a healthy choice for a meal. Maybe if she chose low-fat sour cream, no guacamole, low-fat cheese and grilled chicken  then the fajita can be considered healthy......
