Is this a healthy diet for a day. i am a boy and my age is 14?

breakfast: one bowl of oatmeal and a glass of 1 % milk.

lunch: 2 pieces of white bread with 2 piece of chicken.

dinner: salad without dressing, 2 pieces of white bread with two piece of chicken and a bowl of mushroom soup.

8 glass of water

  1. I think that is pretty healthy

    8 glasses of water is great!


  2. get some fruits and veggies in there as snacks and you will be golden.  you aren't getting enough vitamins and minerals with that diet

  3. it is healthy but you should put more variety in it. have small snacks inbetween too.
