I've been eating healthy all day but i'm afraid that the dinner that my mom prepared is not healthy..She made ratatouille (french dish) which is VERY healthy. It's just zuchinni slices, tomato sauce, and onions. But then she's planning on putting hot dogs in it. Will this kill my diet? She's putting in one of those really thick hebrew national hot dogs per person. It's probably about 250 calories for the hotdog? Is this really bad? Help!
