3 times a week I go to the gym. I spend 20 minutes running on the treadmill. I then spend 20 minutes toning my bicep, tricep, thigh and calf muscles. Also, 7 days a week I do 50 sit ups and 15 pushups.Is this a good routine? Will it help me lose weight? Should I add anything or work out more muscle groups?
