Question:

Is this a healthy fruit smoothie??

1 weight watchers yogurt

1 fresh banana

1 cup frozen fruits (strawberries, blackberries, etc)

some 1% milk

some orange juice ( just a little not a lot)

So is this healthy and is it ok to have it 3-4 times a week or more for a snack? thanks.. and if anyone has some good healthy smoothie recipes i'd love to hear them!! thanks..

  2. It can be ALL HEALTHY because fruits you buy in store are not Very healthy :) There's a lot of chemicals and other stuff. But I think this is kind of healthy smoothie :) p.s. maybe you should try to grow fruits at home :)

  3. sounds healthy to me. all i put in mine is 1 banana, 6-7 strawberries, about 1/4 cup of skim milk and 5 ice cubes. mine sounds healthier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but yours sounds good too!

  4. yes it is, definitely! A really good choice too!

    But be sure to not have this as a meal, only as a snack, or with a meal. You can have it everyday since all of these ingredients are so healthy(good for your health)!

    I hope that smoothie was delicious!

  6. Yes. Thats healthy.

    Yogurt has important nutriants in it that will help your digestion, and since this doesn't have sugar in it nothing but the vitamins will stick with you for long.

  8. Depends. It cant hurt you. But, if you are trying to lose weight then I would say cut it down to 1-2. And never drink it late at night.

  9. You should have 6 small meals a day. As long as that has no sugars in it, eat up!
