Okay for lunch I was planning on having2 oz. of whole wheat pasta (plain), with 4 oz. of grilled boneless and skinless chicken on the grill, and 1 cup of steamed veggies.That seems like a pretty balanced meal, right?How many calories would be in it? Is that grilled chicken healthy? I trim the fat off of it.But is there a way to add some flavor to it without adding fat grams or too many calories?Thanks.(:
