  1. yeah eggs are healthy despite the bad press they get, they are only bad in excessive amounts or if you already have a cholesterol problem, just don't use to much oil when cooking use a non-stick pan and some 1cal cooking spray if you can.

  2. sounds fine 2 me

  3. yes of course

  4. Omelette's can be cooked in fatty oils. It depends if you put them in. If you don't then it's fine. Because eggs are the protein and the Mushrooms and Onions are your vegetables, which you need five a day!

  5. Well of course. None of the two items are bad for you.

    Think.   You knew that.   :@

  6. It is remotely healthy. However, despite the fact that mushrooms and onion are vegetables, they really don't benefit you much. Maybe if you used veggies with more color, like spinach or tomato?

Anyway, it is better than a lot of other things you could eat for breakfast. =)

  7. Yes, definitely!  Omega3-added eggs will make the meal even healthier!

  8. yes

  9. yes, the eggs gives you protein and the onion is a vegetable. You could also use salsa. That has green and red onion and stuff like that.

  10. Not bad at all. Have a green salad with it and it'll be perfect.

  11. yep, plenty of pepper on mine plz.

  12. On;y if you don't use any fat - and you wouldn't have a very nice meal if you did that!

Omelettes are (generally speaking) not really "healthy" food, they have lots of fat (frying onions & mushrooms uses loads then you need butter/spread for cooking the eggs).
