  1. Yes very healthy i suggest you  it every morning and lunch and dinnner and breakfast and lunch and dinner and breakfast and lunch and dinner and breakfast and lunch and dinner.

  2. Perfect Snacks!

Why not try and mix it up sometimes thoe?

An apple, banana, 100 calarie snack packs, nuts, dried fruits, etc..

    Good job, and very healthy.

    Keep up the food work!

  3. Yup!  That sounds really good!  Here is a list of some other healthy snacking options:

    - whole grain pitas and hummus

    -fresh fruit

    -apple slices and peanut butter

    -low-fat yogurt

-trail mix (aviod ones with a lot of chocolate in them)

-carrot sticks with low-fat ranch dip or hummus

    -frozen grapes

-Kashi brand cereal bars (they are soooo good!)

    - string cheese

    - light microwave popcorn

    -pretzels

    - graham crackers topped with peanut butter

    -baked tortilla chips and salsa

That's all i can think of for now, but there are so many other healthy snack ideas out

there!  Be creative and have fun with it!

    Good luck

  4. It is healthy

  5. Strawberries, yes. But, some granola bars are as bad as candy bars, you have to read the label. A lot of them are full of sugar and are high calorie, I think that kind is one of them. You could snack on the obvious- fruits and veggies or try 100 cal snack packs, dried apple chips, light yogurt or cottage cheese, salad, cereal, or almonds.

  6. Some good simple HEALTHY snacks (my favorite kind!!)...

Hard boiled eggs, fruit with cheese, raw veggies with lite dip or salsa, raw nuts, raw seeds, sugar free jello, sugar free pudding, hummus (with veggies), cheese sticks, airpop popcorn or smart pop popcorn, dry cereal like Kashi GoLean & FiberOne & All Bran & Total mixed together in a ziplock, celery with all natural PB or lite cream cheese and raisons, frozen grapes, lite yogurt (also good frozen), no sugar added (100%) applesauce... So many things you can do.

Here are also some "recipes" if you like to prepare things in advance

  7. I'm glad you're taking an interest in becoming healthier!

Both of those snakes sound healthy to me. They are not complete (well-rounded), but as they are just intended to be snakes, I don't really see a huge problem there.

The snacks you pick are a bit high in the sugar department, but in between meals in small amounts, that's not a big deal.

They are natural, which is a good sign.

All in all, they are a good healthy choice.

I would suggest that you try to fit some other ideas for snacks into your schedule that are high in protein. Protein helps you feel full. Also, the more snack ideas you have, the better; so you don't get tired of eating healthy.

One idea for a snack would be to hard boil some eggs and take them with you. (Best if you can keep them cool 'till you eat them.) You can eat just the whites too, to make it lower in calories.

Also, you can pre-mix a protein shake and take it with you. If you want, you can even mix it, then add it to a regular water bottle; perfect for protein on the go!
