I am a cheerleader and i'm 5'7" and 123 pounds. I wanna lose some weight and was wondering if the way I plan on doing it is healthy. I have cheerleading at least 3 times a week usually like 2 1/2 hours of jumping conditioning and stunting. I know this alone won't work. So if I eat around 1,000 calories a day along with my usual excersize will I be able to lose like 10 pounds?
