Is this a heart disease?

Sometimes i feel like that there is one tube near the heart and is going to be inserted into the heart. I have to stop moving if not the pain will get worse. Is this a heart disease?

I am perfectly healthy and i sleep well, eat well, exercise....

My best advice would fix an appointment with your doctor immediately, incase its serious or jsut to set yourself at ease.
