Is this a keylogger? Even after I did a system recovery?

Question

Yesterday I looked in Computer > OS (C:) and there were two files called newfile.enc and newkey. I had recently been hacked, and I thought that maybe these were keyloggers. I did a system recovery, wiped everything, and they are still here.

Can somebody tell me what they are? Are they just part of the computer setup?

I have a Dell XPS M1530 if that helps anybody. Thanks!

It could be. Try deleting them.. Shift + Delete.

Before you delete look here as they may be harmless. I'll look for more info now and edit this answer if I find anything.

EDIT: I can't find any more info but while reading the link above I came across this site that you can actually send them the file for analysis. I obviously can't as I don't have the files. http://www.virustotal.com/
