  1. NO - it's part of a scam, run by 419 scammers. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/419_scam

I am actually currently baiting a Mr. Davies Mark, who you may also be in contact with, wasting his time to protect people like you being scammed.

If you Google wordtravelagents.com you get these scam results: http://www.google.com/search?client=oper...

www.scamwarners.com > the same scam has already been discussed there after an au-pair lost money, they used the same address, see here: http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtop...

BREAK OFF ALL CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT SHARE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AT ALL - its all FAKE.

  2. As said above this is a scam World Travel Agents and Mr Davies Mark are one in the same and an advance fee(419) fraudster. He should be avoided at all costs and so should any others that  ask you for money upfront for thing such as work permits, visas etc. They will also send fake checks to cover your first months salary. The check is usually in excess of the salary and they want you to wire back the difference via Western Union/Moneygram. The check will eventually bounce and you will be left responsible for the money and possible criminal charges.

I have personal experience of Mr Mark and know somebody who paid money to him. Money she couldn't afford and borrowed from family and friends. She lost her self respect and confidence.

Can I suggest you, and anybody else viewing this thread, visit scamwarners.com  and  419eater.com  for further information.

I am a member of both the above websites, whose member specialise in helping  419 victims and also try to make 419 scammers lives as miserable as they make their victims. For that, I make no apology.

  3. As the others have mentioned, World travels agent is a creation of Mark Davies / Davies Mark, a known scammer from Nigeria.  I have had dealings with him.

A good clue is in the phone numbers, no genuine UK business uses mobile phone numbers.  Not only that, the numbers are redirect numbers to make this person appear to be in the UK...  West African scammers often use this trick.

Always avoid any contact with someone who uses the +4470 prefix, it's always a redirected number, often a scammer.

I would also reccomend www.419eater.com and www.scamwarners.com as good places to visit to learn more about internet advance fee fraudsters.

    Stay safe, and good luck!
