Aparantly the UK doesn't even have the firepower to decide who can fly into and out of our airports - the next lot of hijackers must be looking forward with glee.

  1. He is accused of war crimes by Palestinians? What a joke and yet Yasir Arafat was allowed to travel freely. Sorry I have to go with it is a good thing he was not arrested in England that would have been a black eye for England big time.

I guess Iran now wants Gen Petreus arrested on war crimes for killing their insurgents operating in Iraq. what a complete joke and i do not blame the govt of Israel in any way for bulldozing the homes of suicide bombers who kill people at random.

  2. In Northern Ireland we had an IRA threat recently, where they said they were returning to a bombing campaign  - the local Police couldn't find enough guns to go round. They were forced to get rid of most of them after the so-called ceasefire, now they can't defend people against terrorists.

  3. The low point of the British was when they forgot why they still speak English at their airports.

  4. Its not just that, we would be at an armed stand off and possibly more seriously, creating major tensions with Isreal who we need on our side to try and create peace in the Middle East.

Sometimes, it takes the UK to be the bigger man and forgo a small decision for the greater good.

  5. where have all the British guts gone//think back to Entebbe the Israeli's showed a lot of guts and it makes us look like a lot of timid rabbits//HR and PC  would stop us doing what they did so come on Britain get back to where we once were in this world and to h**l with EU lets do our own thing again and put the GREAT back
