For the past three years or more I always feel tired every day. Even when I get enough sleep and don't work too hard I still feel like all I wanna do is lay down. I know I'm eating right and I try to work out because they said that that gives you more energy. I can't do this much longer. I don't go out because I'm always tired and I can barely muster up the energy to take my dog out. I've been on vacation for almost two months and nothing works. I also tremble when I get hungry in the mornings and I also have bathroom issues (don't know if they are related).

  1. Yep.  You need to see a doctor.

  2. Yes, please, see a doctor!  This sounds serious.

  3. You may have a metabolism problem such as hypothyroidism, or may have other issues going on. Your best bet is to talk to your doctor about it.

  4. sounds like it could be numerous things .....thyroid problems, hypoglycemia, anemia, auto immune ...go see your doctor!!

  5. go see your dr. this is definitely a medical issue. it may not be serious-like a hormonal imbalance or thyroid or something of that nature that is relatively simple to treat but it could be something more serious as well. its better to see a dr. so you can have the appropriate tests and treatment.
