i wonder what happends if that one makes babies.. and maybe a new subspecies will come out or mutated babies.. ??????

Yes, it is a mutation.  The only reason it lives is because some human kept it alive.  If it reproduced it would have "normal" piglets.  No, not a new subspecies, there are no subspecies of pig.  Remember this is a domestic species that has its gene pool manipulated by man for 5000 years.  You should expect freaks.  Most of them die at birth.

  5. It looks like random genetic mutation to me.

    Genetic mutation doesn't result in a new species unless the trait is favorable for breeding.  I doubt anyone is going to try to breed such a deformed pig.
