  1. it is a newt let it go near a loose rock not under it or it with get crushed


  2. That is a newt. You should let it go by a stream or pond on a rock. Make sure the rocks are not lose becuase you could really hert it.

  3. Its probably a newt. They like to live by ponds or streams - so I would release it close to one of them if possible.

    From what wikipedia says, they are protected in the UK
