  1. everything there looks good except for the amps i would recomend a better amp id look at brands like hifonics,jl audio, rockford fosgate, and alpine

  2. you say dony pay attention to the brands but those two amps are the things that will mess up the setup

here is the perfect amp for your inside speakers http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_1179...

here is the perfect amp for your subs (any amp with about 300watts RMS @ 4ohms and is CEA-compliant which means that it makes or exceeds its advertised RMS wattage with minimum distortion) http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_1201...

here is how to wire the subs http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer... (4ohm load at the amp)

    here are the CEA-compliant brands

    Alpine

    Bazooka

    Blaupunkt

    Clarion

    Eclipse

    Infinity

    JBL

    JL Audio

    Kenwood

    Kicker

    MTX

    Pioneer

    Polk Audio

    Rockford Fosgate

    Sony

  3. oui

  4. good stereo

great choice of components, you wont be disapointed man.

not a fan of that brand of amplifier. but it will be way too much power for just the front speakers.

    --the components are:

    40 watts rms each @ 4 ohms

    --the amp is:

    4 Ohms: 150 watts x 2 chan.

    2 Ohms: 300 watts x 2 chan.

    4 Ohms Bridged: 600 watts x 1 chan.

if you do get that amp, you could wire the front and rear left speakers into one channel in the amp. then wire the front and rear right speakers into the other channel of the amp.

not a fan of the rear speakers, try the cheapes kicker speakers you can find, you will be much happier.

and sub and amp combination is not really good. the subs are single 8 ohm voice coils. they can be wired down to a final 4 ohm load into one channel.

the amp will give them 500 watts rms.

the subs are 300 watts rms in total

so you will be giving them 200 watts rms more than what they should have. if you do this, i would advice you to never have any setting on MAX and never go over 2/3 high on the gain/level on the amp. this is to prevent the speakers from getting too much power and from bottoming out.

if you dont do this, the coils on the subs will either burn or melt.

    *edit*

oh my bad dude, atleast i took some time to look at the equipment and give you some tips to prevent damage to the speakers.
