Is this a normal reaction for a pisces guy?

I have a crush on a guy and just found out we are both pisces. I used to not like him b/c I though is confidence was cockyness, but when he is around me I was surprised to see him act more reserved, and actually shy. He is funny, smart, nice, and hot! Are these general characteristics of a pisces guy? What should I do to show him I like him?

Also, one day in a group discussion we got on the topic of how opposites attract. I believe they do and was pretty passionate about my stance. The guy said I had an interesting point and started staring at me more after that.

NOTE: I don't really believe this stuff, but I'd have to admit, it is interesting to think about

Most pisceans are creative, sencitive have a good sense of humor and can be shy but when around other people they may become loud and act like a goat, they also can be very passionate and emotional people, I'm also a pisces, If you do like this person I would just tell them straight out.
