Question:

Is this a normal reaction to a serious workout?

I had serious training yesterday in preperation for dance tryouts. I recently got to be able to do a double jazz turn. When i got home i was too tired and could not do a single!

I need my turns back for the tryouts, which are tomorrow! this morning i tried again, and they were somewhat better, but not as good as they had been.

please help! tell me ANYTHING that could help me!

  1. Calm down. If you had it down pat, you will be able to do it. Get your confidence back. Pray about it. He hears all.

    Relax, take deep breaths, and try again. Just practice, but try not to get too nervous.


  2. ok first of all u need to calm down.

    its hard to do turns when ur nervous.

    second just pull up tight whip ur head around and dont give up.

    tell urself u can do it and ull be able 2!

    just keep practicing.

    dont give up.
