Okay im like 13 and my p***s is 2.6 inches- 3 inches soft and wen erect its like 7 inches. is this a normal size for 13? Or is it above average

If you are 7 inches at 13, you are doing well and as for the other answers you got, it is NOT uncommon to enlarge that much when erect.

I also do that, about 3 inches to around 6.5 inches.

Don't worry dude, I was 7.5 inches when I was 13. Many people say that size does not matter, but I believe that is an overused statement, and I believe the size does matter, but its not the most important thing about it.
