Is this a normal weight?

My friend weigh about 80.7kg. her height is 174cm

is this normal or is she overweight?

what kind of exercise is good for her?

well for a man not so bad I don't think. but for a woman I think it is a little big. My girl is 163 and weighs 45 kg she is small but not unhealthy.. She eats well though lots of rice and Never eats 3 hours before bed. she does 20 minutes of exercises before bed too. If she is hungry before bed she will drink a glass of water to fill her stomach, and the water just goes through her.
