Is this a particularly insane poem?

Faint,

one scar

risking a

gift rarely known,

implied illusions,

visceral stimuli,

eternal coincedence.

Now am I yours; can I be shown,

mercilessly given, intrinsic

yearning for a life not meant to be mine.

You are a constant source of awe for me.  I can hardly wrap my mind around how intricate this is.  There is an esoteric sense about it, but it is far from insane.  What appeared to be an option, presented by "eternal coincidence" has proven to be deceptive, leaving you with the "yearning for a life not meant to be".  Your double acrostic etheree is a poem of beauty.  Thank you.
