Is this a pencil or liquid?

Haha I feel kinda dumb asking, but I can't tell from the picture. This is the only liner I've found that comes in the plum color so I want to know lol. Do you think it's pencil or liquid??

The description says self-sharpening... It's not a pencil or liquid... It's just one of those automatic things.

I believe it is pencil. It doesn't look large enough for liquid. and don't feel stupid it was a perfectly justified question. :)

it's a pencil, since the Avon liquid comes in a bottle that can stand up, it's small too, but it's made so it can stand up

It's a liner pencil (retractable). I have that plum color, it's beautiful.
