Can anybody from Sunnyvale CA tell me if this a real address?

Washington Ave., Ste 816, Heritage Park, Sunnyvale, CA 94086

It is a real address.  What is less clear is what the address really refers to.  The way you have written the address, with reference to "Suite 816," implies that this is an office building.  It's not.  

Heritage Park is located on Washington Avenue, but it is an apartment building.  "Ste. 816" presumably really means Apartment 816; someone is trying to make their home address look like an office.  I have no idea whether that's because they are operating a business out of their home (which might be illegal), or whether there is no real business there at all.  

Bottom line:  It is a real address, but it is impossible to know what is at the address.
