Is this a real publishing site? Or is it a scam? (link included)?

I am a poetry and lyric writer, and i am only 14, so idk how to tell if they're real or not, could you tell me?

Also, do i have to pay for it? Do i ave to have a book of them present to get it published? And do they need to be copyrighted first?

They're a real publishing site... but they're self-publishers.  You pay them to publish your work.  Places like that are mostly used by people who can't get their work published by the major publishing companies.

You do not have to have a completed manuscript, but they will probably set a deadline to have it finished by.

And there is no "copyrighting process".  If you wrote it, you already own the copyright.  I believe you're thinking of trademarking, which must be registered... it's really not something you need to worry about with poetry (or writing in general for the most part, though some people trademark titles or individual characters).
