Is this a right time to buy a home in San Jose or should i wait for sometime??

Lot of folks say the property prices will fall in bay area. I am mostly looking at santa clara, cupertino, campbell, west san jose, suunyavle. Please advice. Thanks a lot

Prices have already started to fall, but I think if you wait a couple of months you will get a better deal since they have just begun to fall.  Don't wait too long though...

this is the right time to buy a home its a buyers market. no matter what the  sellers want for the house you can make a offer on how much you want to buy the house. all house owners are motivated sellers at this time they will do what ever they have too sell there house including selling the house for less just so they don’t go out the pocket every month for the mortgage.
