It was probably made up on the spot. I don't want to call the questioner a liar, but that seems to happen a lot.

I think someone heard about the woman who was reading her Bible to her children out loud and, after refusing repeated requests by the driver and supervisor to stop, was told to get off the bus.

They decided that story was a good start, embellished on it (making the victim a child who was just minding their own business instead of a grown woman who was disrupting other passengers) and probably sent it out in e-mails.

I tried asking him for a link, but YA was having one of their "coffee breaks".

Maybe he was preaching and starting fights using the bible, it happens.
