  2. No, you don't need a comma, because part of the sentence "where I spend most of my free time drawing" is dependent on the first part of the sentence. You're fine. :)

  4. Try reading it out-loud in a presentational style. You'll figure it out.

  5. It's not a run-on, and it doesn't need a comma for the clauses, but it should have commas to separate out the "also."  (Get rid of the "also."  It almost never sounds good in a sentence.)

    Even better is to separate these parts out or to rewrite for clarity (even if technically it's not a run-on).  You have two things going on the sentence which can lead to confusion...so....

    "I spend my free time drawing at my desk."  is a simple example.  There's lots of room for playing with this, though (if you need a word count)..."I recently positioned the desk in my room so that I can see the sunset.  The natural setting develops my passion for drawing."
