Is this a safe transaction

I put my PSP on craigslist to sell and someone wants to buy it but lives a couple states away from me and can't meet me locally but says they will pay me with paypal because its safe. If I get the payment for my PSP in my paypal account, and then I ship my PSP to the person, can they scam me somehow?

no. its legit. paypal is safe. if the money shows up in your paypal account, ITS THERE. go ahead.

Well, I personally would not do it because craigslist frowns upawn selling to people you can not meet 1 on 1. It does not seem like a scam, but I would look into it.

Just make sure that there address is confirmed. Do not send it to anywhere that they ask you to send it to, just send it to the address listed on their paypal info! If you send it somewhere else that is not listed on their paypal info, you can get scammed that way.
