How can you tell if a website is safe for ringtones?

no nothing is free online there all scams i know cause i signed up for ringtones on the internet and every month thry took off $5 off my account until my dad did something or called some one

never heard about that site

i only use and trust in this free site called Ventones.com

that site its totally free and safe ..

they have never charged me anything..I've never received any spam or

text messages
