Is this a scam(buying iphone)?

He tells me to use google checkout but i dont know if that is secure.will iget my money back if its a scam? this is his craigslist ad

I t sounds like they are a broker it is on a secure site  so it is probably not a scam,But contact rep and talk to them and find out the company they are brokering thru if they won't tell you and you are not able to to talk to anybody don't do it.Go with your first instinct.
