Is this a self racism?

Question

I m part hispanic ( mexican, argentinian, puerto rican) part european ( greek, spanish, Irish) part asian (chinese? I hope not!) and part persian (Turkish). And the thing is that I take pride in my european back ground. I look hispanic but I want to look more caucasian. And I dont feel comfortable that theres mexican and chinese. I m not against them or annything, but dont see them graceful. Whenever I skip shower my parents would make a joke like "looks like theres more mexican blood in you" I hate it when they say that. I dont discriminate annyone, but I do feel abit insecure. Am I a racist?

you're not racist at all really, you're just a little insecure about your own nationality. all you need to do is stay true to your own ethnicity.

i think you are going back a little far in the family tree...

you are what you are, and you should be proud of that. nothing you can do to change that...

You are not a racist if you dont discriminate anyone, you are just being hard on yourself for some reason. love yourself for who you are since that is who you are.
