Okay, this is a really stupid question which probably makes me look ignorant, but I was just curious. For the past 2 weeks I've been on a diet and have been working out with a personal trainer 3 times a week. I haven't weighed myself yet, because i'm still scared to see my weight even though I have been feeling 10x better of myself. For the past week or so I've been having really good (and big) bowl movements. Would this be a sign that i'm losing weight?
