Is this a sign im preg?

omg please help. ive been ttc for 1 yr and 1 month. i have been having s*x last week almost everyother day. those were my fertile days. now the weird part is that , i now have many red strech marks on both my b*****s and im freaking out, ive never had strech marks, on like two on my butt, but theyre almost invisible but these arent. My areola looks wayyy bigger than before and all this i realized today any help? is this my lucky month?????
