  1. Yes, your eyes are getting fatigue from the computer.  Reduce the resolution on your screen.  Spend less time on the computer.  Try using it for about 20 minutes, then take a break, or look away and focus on something in the distance.  Also, make sure your computer monitor is at least eye level, if not slighty lower may help by having you look down instead of up.  Another option that works for some of my patients is to use glasses that have an anti-glare, or a slight tint.  Usually a light light rose hue helps.  No one said you had to be beautiful to use the computer, just protect your eyes and prevent eyestrain.  Tonelite is a great tint to get for computer use.  The best advice however is to spend 20 minutes on, and 10-20 minutes looking away and focusing on a far spot.  It will help strengthen your eye muscles.  Aslo, focusing on a near spot, like small print.  This too will help strengthen your muscles.  If none of these help, please see your eye doctor.  Best of luck. :)

  2. DEFINITELY decrease the brightness on your screen. that will help anyone if they are on for a few minutes or a few hours, people gets sore eyes all the time even if online for 20 min and they turn down the brightness and contract on their monitor and it goes away.

dont go on the computer b4 bed you will have trouble sleeping ( just another useful tip)

and like that guy said, get a life, yahoo answers isnt all that fun idk what you are possibly doing on this thing you can only ask 9 q's a day or something hahaha

  3. Your eyes are just tired from the computer...they'll probably be back to normal after a good night's sleep.

  4. You already know the answer to your question.

You need to get off the computer and get a life.

In the meantime, ask your local pharmacist for eye drops that will help with the aching, dryness, and other soreness in your eyes.

  5. And does the pain last? I think it's just computer eye strain. the symptoms for this sounds like urs, temporary blurred vision, temp headache etc. (read more here http://eyestrain.naturaleyecare.com/)

Do u have a sufficient sleep? Cuz most of the time, its about that. Ur eyes rest only when u sleep, and not havin a sufficient sleep.

Cuz a more serious problem will involve a little more permanent pain. I dont think its anything u really have to be woried about
