Is this a sign of pregnancy?

On sundaya when i went to the bathroom and wiped i noticed some blood it was bright red in color sorry TMI i had nothing before that and nothing after im not due for my period until between the 29th and 1st. my b***s are sensitive but not sore and i have this stretching feeling in my lower stomach. I have also been feeling nauseas off and on

Possibly, in a few weeks take a test, but it could also be the beginning of your period, just a little early. But it also sounds like something called "implantation bleeding". Its usually not bright red tho

Could be I didn't have any signs until I was 4 weeks preg! I took a home test 3 days be for I missed my period and got a positive so wait few days and test ! I used first responds and dollar tree test! Good luck
