i love bread and grape juice together ya kno..like they have in communion and stuff. i would have a glass of grape juice and some bread and i LOVE it. but is it a sin to like it in that kind of way????

The bread and grape juice are just symbols of Christ. I think its just fine. In my religion for sacrament (which is what you refer to as communion) we use bread and water. I still eat break everyday and drink water all the time. Its alright.

In that religion, that's only symbolic.

And normally it would be bread and wine,

so you're not even really doing what they do in religion.

not at all... wines and breads used in communion or other church ceremonies are, well, just wines and breads made by ordinary people just like what you are eating...

It's fine to love the communion goodies. We miss our previous church because they had the best homemade sweet bread for communion! I was always hoping I got a big piece. In my mind that was perfectly fine - if anything I had even more appreciation for the purpose...at least that made me feel better about myself. You don't have to feel pain and guilt to believe in what your doing, unless your Catholic - they live for guilt and that's why they have awful tasting wafers!

Uh, when I was a kid we played mass using Chicken in a Basket Crackers for communion host.

A sin is a violation of the laws of God. There is no law that I know of suggesting that enjoying the taste of bread and grape juice together would be sin.
