There are too many noise problems in my neighbourhood, one guy dry wretches drugs and pounds music through our windows, I can hear the toilet sounds frequently, on one side of my bedroom, and my parents play television loudly, all evening. Also, another neighbour drives around, aimlessly in circles, on his motor bike, every afternoon, at the same time. Or am I just being intolerant?

  1. I'd run away.

  2. Save up for an iPod. Alternately, you could get a radio with ear buds for under $10.

    Good luck!

  3. You're probably just used to it. If you want a quiet place, go to the country. At first the cars going by made a lot of noises but after a while we started unconsciously tuning it out.

  4. May be you should try to get some thing to occupy you during this time, in that you don't get to mind much about these noises around you.

Alternatively, am sure there are neighbors around, try to find out their coping skills.

    Good luck dear

  5.   Get some earplugs and see if they help.
