Question:

Is this a somewhat good workout?

15 hindu push ups

20 regular push ups

30 bicycle crunches

and 25 freehand squats

I'm mainly looking to build my upper body and ab's

but I want a little more muscle mass in my legs

I can't do much right now I'm really out of shape.

I'm 16 years old 5'5 male 130lb with a little muscle in my arms and chest

  1. Sounds pretty good, but you might want to add some lunges and pull-ups or chin-ups into your routine.

  4. 4get the hindu push ups cuz i dont know what they are....so now we have 35 regular ones....do 4 sets of 10 push ups with a small break in between...ur bicycle crunches.....try 4 sets of 15 with breaks in between....the squats...same thing....4 sets with however many u think is comfortable....no less than 10

    once u start getting used to this routine....try adding on a couple more repetitions to each set....

    jogging is really good too...go for  a lil 5 min jog if ur reaaallly outta shape...or watever is comfortable...ur not gonna have all the girls tryna rip off ur shirt with this workout...4 that ur gonna need to hit the gym...but this is a good start 4 u
