I am normally a very stable and straightforward person. I have no fear of the paranormal and I am not easily frightened, but for the past 5 years or so everythime I have felt troubled or mentally strained things start to happen in my house. A few instances are a loaf of bread jumping of the worktop on to the floor, found open and still in bag. 4 or 5 recipe books falling off top of kitchen cupboards, they had been there for years. Stairs creeping and ocassional unusual noises. I can guarantee when I'm stressed things will happen.

  1. cool.  i live in a 100 year old mortuary.  i've had windows pop open.  i let my cat out.  go inside, and he comes running down stairs.  cold spells.  it's great.  as a scientist i don't know what it is, but it is well...cool.  einstein said that when we die our energy is released onto the world.  spinoza beleived god was the energy in everything.  i don't know, but what i am experiencing in my new abode makes me wonder.  good luck, and as corney it sounds introduce yourself.

  2. well maybe there is an angle looking after you and saying that you cant be stressed all the time...................

or your stress too much and your imaggining and hearing things

  3. It's more likely you are making an artificial connection.  Unusual things happen all the time, but when you're stressed you say, "That creak in the stair is because I'm stressed out."  If you aren't stressed out you probably aren't as likely to notice the creak.  Or if the creak occurs when you aren't stressed, you might think it's an omen.

All sorts of things can happen when the imagination is untethered by the awareness of reality.

  4. Sucks.

  5. It is a poltergeist. Recent studies show we humans not spirits create these activities.  When your stressed you give off energies that most people cannot. Causing this activity to happen. No your not the only one Scientists have found babies and teenagers.can do this . Both because of going through physical and mental trauma ie being born adapting to outside world and teens, tweens thru  about18 are dealing with the on set of new hormones etc. With exception to contacting a University Psychology/paranormal activities Dept. Try doing some research. And trying your best to relax may be the best thing to do. I wish I could help more. But you are not crazy. And it is very unlikely you are haunted. I think you may all ready suspect this since you know it starts up when stressed. I would remove heavy items from walls etc during times of serious distress.Good Luck.

  6. Well it may be some spirit but do not worry if u just keep very calm and nice in ur house it will not bother u but may help u! So perk up!!!

  7. I think your repressed or (controlled) emotion is doing it. We are nothing BUT energy, and some souls posess a stronger energy than others. This same thing happens to me if I am feeling hatred (true unadulterated hatred)- things fly off the walls, pictures knock themselves over, and one time the picture I was staring at knocked over and I just left it like that for two weeks. When I went to go set it back up again, there were scortchmarks on the persons forehead. I tried duplicating the marks, but I wasn't able to produce the same effects. It's hella creepy.....but I'm fully aware of the fact that I'm the one causing it. All that repressed emotion and energy has to go somewhere.

  8. Think of it this way, everything is just energy, including us.

  9. If U R true, this is a devil residing with U in the same house .

Sometimes may compel U to leave . If  fail to rebel , as a last

    ditch consult a Muslim Sheikh.

  10. You may be experiencing psychokenesis, the ability to move things with the mind.  You may not be aware that you are doing it, but being stressed may raise your 'abilities' to the point of actually moving things.  You may after some trial and error learn to control it.

  11. what kind of bread?

  12. you might be doing it yourself

  13. It's called Kinetic energy...everyone has it at some point..when I'm uspet I cause computers..payphones..cash registers..etc..anything electrical to crash..Lights go on and off..it's just loads of extra energy that we are emitting  because our emotions are supercharged!

  14. WOW. just W-O-W

  15. Its hard to say if its a ghost or mabey its you makeing things happen.

  16. Imagination

  17. Poltergeist!

  18. If it only happens when you're stressed...maybe it's similar to SLIders...where the lights go out when you pass by them. Did anyone die 5 year ago in your family? Did you bring home any antique furniture?

But yours seems different from this. Maybe it's a form of telekinesis...or psychokinesis.....or maybe you really do have a poltergeist. Has anyone else noticed it?

  19. Do you watch the SciFi Channel?

They have a show called "Ghost Hunters" who investigate these things seriously and scientifically.

Write to them.  I'm sure the SciFi channel has a link on their website.

  20. it's ok =) you are just too stressed out and sometimes ppl start to hallucinate/ notice smth and thought of it seriously.

    relax yourself

  21. First I would have to ask. The items in the kitchen, bread, reciepe, etc, do they always move? If so I would have to say it is most likely a family member, of the female kind. Next time it happens ask them who they are and what they want. You should get yourself a recorder, that way you can get their answer. Also make sure you give at least 30 seconds for them to answer. 22. thats because the 'energy' is being 'charged' ny your stress, could you not visit the doctor & discuss the stress part, thats a starting stone for you

  23. That kinda happens to me too. Whenever i am really stressed or if i spend a lot of time thinking about ghosts and stuff, things will start to happen. Things will move for no reason at all. It's so weird....just know that your not alone. If you want to talk about it you can email me or im me...good luck!!

  24. check your foundation for cracks
